- Establishing routines and habits that promote improved physical, emotional, and overall well-being
- Rebuilding trust, strengthening relationships, and addressing the impact substance use may have had on family and interpersonal connections
- Developing relapse-prevention skills and strategies to support long-term recovery
- Increasing confidence, personal responsibility, resilience, and independence
